When you submit your request for a quote, one of our representatives will review your request and will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. If your request is for a large or complicated order, it may take slightly longer. Regardless of the length of time it takes, we will keep you informed on the status of your quote during that time.

What should I include in my quote request form?

To ensure that we can produce the most accurate quote for your project, you need to provide as much information as possible regarding your project. Examples of information that you should include in your request are type of box you are requesting, size of box you are requesting, quantity of boxes, type of material, printing and/or other decoration requirements, and when you need the boxes delivered.

If you do not have all of this information or are not sure about any of it, you may still submit your form, and our staff will assist you in completing your quote request.

What is the minimum quantity for a custom box order?

The minimum quantity of a custom box order (MOQ) is dependent on the size and type of box; the type of material used to manufacture the boxes; and the customization options selected. For some products, we have a very low MOQ, and we can provide both small orders and large quantities for production.

Can I request a quote for my custom box order even if my artwork/designs are not finalized?

Yes. It is acceptable to request quotes even if your custom box designs/artwork are not complete. We can give you an estimated price quote based on the specifications provided to us and can assist with artwork/design layout at a later date.

Do you ship custom packaging to customers all over the United States?

Yes. We can ship custom packaging to all customers within the United States. The shipping time and cost for your shipment will depend upon the size of your order, the specifications of the boxes ordered, and the location to which the boxes are being shipped.
