Transforming Packaging into a Brand Experience

Types of Box and Mailer Printing
The options are boundless for products to gift packaging! Whether you need boxes with elegant curves or innovative folding techniques, traditional squares or a hexagonal marvel.

Flexographic Box Printing
Flexographic printing is a cost-efficient and reliable method to produce boxes on a larger scale. This is an ideal choice for brands to produce their logo, text, and/or simple designs on boxes.

Digital Box Printing
Digital box printing allows for the creation of custom printed boxes quickly and efficiently. Four-color digital box-printing is widely used for short production runs and highly detailed images.

Premium Offset Printing
The premium option of pre-print packaging is the most sophisticated of printing options with numerous levels of high-resolution print quality & precise color reproduction.

Screen Printing
Screen printing ink is specially formulated for the screen printing process, where ink is transferred onto a surface through a mesh screen that holds a stencil of the design
Types of Printing Coverage
We provide printing coverage options according to the size of the box being printed, along with the type of box being created.

Outside-only printing
Printing limited to the outside of your box provides a clean and professional first impression for your recipients, while being especially effective for companies looking to maximize their brand visibility while maintaining efficiency when they ship product by the truckload. Outside-only printed boxes are not seen until they arrive at the destination, but they are printed so they can showcase the company's brand message from the very beginning. As a result, outside-only printed boxes build recognition of a brand before a box is ever opened, building customer trust.

Designing Your Custom Printed Boxes
1- Die-Line Support
Through die-line support, we can assist in producing a template for a box that is specifically measured and has a folding pattern to match exactly that of the box you desire to create.
2- File Formats Accepted (AI, PDF)
To expedite production, we only accept artwork files in standard formats or, in the case of Adobe Illustrator (AI), and PDF, which are utilized by the majority of the printing industry.
3- Color Mode (CMYK)
As best practice, the packaging industry utilizes the color mode (CMYK) which produces an optimal color for printing any type of full colour graphics, including logos and graphics that are complex, and produces a vibrant quality finish that closely aligns with the colours used to represent your organization.
4- Print Approval Process
The print approval process is made available before the start of the production of a box and allows for verification that your design, colours, and placement are as you intend them to be; thus giving you confidence that the completed boxes will meet your expectations by significantly reducing the chance of error.
