At Premium Custom Shipping Boxes, we strive to provide packaging solutions that are of the highest quality, with a focus on being efficient and dependable. Our Shipping Policy outlines the timeline for production, method of delivery, and most importantly, what you can expect once you've placed your order.
Production & Standard Shipping Timeline
Our regular timeframe for packaging orders has a standard time frame from the date of payment confirmation to the date of your final artwork approval of 6-8 business days for the production phase, and once production is complete, it will take an additional 2-3 business days for delivery at the destination of your order. These timeframes are only estimates and could differ based on the volume of orders received, specifications for custom orders, or these items may be delayed due to the lack of availability of materials.
Expedited Production & Shipping
For customers who need their products shipped faster, we offer an expedited production and shipping service. An expedited order usually takes 4-6 business days to complete and arrive at its destination. Although many expedited orders will arrive at their destination sooner than this, please keep in mind that delivery times of expedited orders will be impacted by the design complexity, total quantity of the order, or if your order is required to be finished in a special way. Very rarely would an expedited order take longer than a normal order due to unforeseen production issues.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with secure shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide secure shipping and prompt deliveries. Shipping methods depend on the size of your order or where you are located, and how quickly you need the product, and a combination of these three areas provides the best method of delivery for you.
Delivery Time Variations
The available delivery dates and times are influenced by the geographical area you are located in, whether or not there is available carrier service, and shipping conditions for your area. Unexpected events (including weather conditions, carrier delays, or issues related to the way carriers operate) can cause delays with delivery. We work closely with each of our carriers to reduce the likelihood of any delays; however, we cannot promise delivery by any certain date or time.
Order Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include the tracking number for your order. With this information, you can track your order throughout the shipping process and view the most recent delivery estimates available in real-time.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
To ensure that orders arrive at your home in a timely manner, it is extremely important for customers to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. If you do not provide the correct or complete shipping information, your order could take longer to get to you or result in additional shipping charges.
