The Corrugated Flutes are the types of flutes we use in our custom shipping boxes and are made from several different flutes, such as A-Flute, B-Flute, and C-Flute. Each of these flutes has its advantages concerning cushioning and stacking strength, and therefore, there is a type of flute that is suited to the type of packing material you need to use. A-Flute has the greatest cushioning and stacking strength and is used to ship fragile or heavy items; B-Flute has an exceptional puncture resistance and is used to ship smaller items; C-Flute is the most common flute type and provides significant reliability in terms of its durability and versatility, and thus, makes it the most popular choice for most custom cardboard shipping boxes. What is the minimum amount of shipping boxes I can order?

The minimum order quantity is determined by both the type of box you choose and whether we print on it, but we can accommodate both small business/custom shipping box orders and larger quantities. As a general guideline our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is flexible enough to accommodate all levels of business.
Unprinted/plain boxes: We can generally do very small runs for unprinted/plain boxes, often as few as 25 boxes for small business/start-ups.
Custom printed boxes: Because of the set-up requirements for digital/flexographic printing, we have a minimum order quantity typically in the 50-100 box range.
Wholesale orders: We offer substantial volume discounts for quantities of 1,000 boxes and above. If you have a specific project in mind, please let us know the specifics, and we can quote you a custom pricing structure.

Can you create custom shipping box sizes?

Absolutely! We specialize in producing shipping boxes that are custom-sized to meet your needs, including oversized and speciality dimensions.
Precision sizing: We can make your boxes to your exact inside dimensions (down to the fraction of an inch), enabling you to use fewer boxes and protect your product better.

Do you offer custom logo printing for shipping boxes?

What is your turnaround for printing packing orders?

Lead time is one of the great things about working with us is that we provide some of the fastest turnaround times in our industry.
Regular Business Orders: Once your digital proof gets approved and the final order is placed, most custom printed orders ship between 7 to 10 business days after that date.
Large Volume Orders (Wholesale): In cases where you are requesting very large volume runs and custom tooling, these orders may have an extended lead time of 14+ business days.
Rush Order Options: If you find yourself in a pinch and need it quick, please feel free to reach out to our team directly. We typically have "Rush Production" available to meet your launch date.
